Captain Bill Kaiser
Captain Bill Kaiser has been sailing his entire life, growing up in a sailing family with a wide variety of boats. Raised in a small town in central Illinois, he began crewing in competitive sailboat races alongside his father, racing Thistles and Flying Dutchman class sailboats.
As his experience grew, Bill went on to crew and sail larger vessels ranging from 36’ to 42’ throughout the Great Lakes region. Over the years, he has sailed and raced several boats, including a Montgomery 15, Catalina 22, and his current vessel, the MacGregor 26X.
Bill holds an official sailing certification in Arizona and brings decades of hands-on experience, technical skill, and a genuine passion for sailing to every charter.
